The Site Manager tools give you a bird’s-eye view of your entire UniFi deployment across multiple sites. You can pull aggregated health metrics, compare performance between locations, search for resources across all sites, and inspect ISP and SD-WAN status — all from a single conversation with your AI assistant.
Site Manager tools require the Site Manager API to be enabled. Set UNIFI_SITE_MANAGER_ENABLED=true in your environment and provide your SITE_MANAGER_API_KEY from the UniFi developer portal. All tools in this section will raise an error if the Site Manager API is not enabled.

Site listing and aggregation

list_all_sites_aggregated

Returns all sites managed under your account with aggregated statistics for each. This is the starting point for cross-site workflows. No parameters required beyond the server-level settings.
Example response

get_cross_site_statistics

Returns aggregated statistics across all sites — total device count, how many devices are online, how many clients are active, and a breakdown of site health states. Useful for a dashboard summary. No parameters required.
Example response

get_site_health_summary

Returns health status for all sites, or for a single site when you supply a site_id.
string
Optional. If provided, returns health data for that site only. If omitted, returns a list of health summaries for all sites.

compare_site_performance

Ranks all sites by performance metrics — uptime percentage and device online percentage — and returns the best and worst performers along with per-site metrics. Useful for identifying locations that need attention. No parameters required.
Example response

Site inventory

get_site_inventory

Returns a detailed count of resources at a site — devices, clients, networks, SSIDs, VPN tunnels, and firewall rules. Omit site_id to get a summary for all sites.
string
The site identifier. If omitted, returns inventory for all sites.
Example: single site

search_across_sites

Searches for devices, clients, or networks matching a query string across all sites. Useful when you need to locate a device by name or MAC without knowing which site it belongs to.
string
required
The search string. Matches against device names, MAC addresses, client names, client IPs, and network names depending on search_type.
string
What to search for. Accepted values: device, client, network, all. Defaults to all.
Example response

Internet health

get_internet_health

Returns internet connectivity health metrics — latency, bandwidth, and availability — for a specific site or across all sites.
string
Optional. If omitted, returns aggregate metrics across all sites.

Vantage Points

list_vantage_points

Returns all Vantage Points (monitoring endpoints) configured in your organization. Vantage Points are used by the Site Manager API to measure internet health from different locations. No parameters required.

ISP metrics

get_isp_metrics

Returns current ISP performance data for a specific site, including download bandwidth, upload bandwidth, latency, jitter, and packet loss.
string
required
The site identifier.
Example response

query_isp_metrics

Queries ISP metrics with optional filters for time range and site. Returns a list of metric records matching the query.
string
Optional. Filter by a specific site. Omit for all sites.
string
Optional start time in ISO 8601 format (e.g., "2026-04-01T00:00:00Z").
string
Optional end time in ISO 8601 format.

SD-WAN

list_sdwan_configs

Returns all SD-WAN configurations across your organization, including topology type (hub-spoke or mesh), participating sites, and status. No parameters required.

get_sdwan_config

Returns the details of a specific SD-WAN configuration.
string
required
The SD-WAN configuration identifier.

get_sdwan_config_status

Returns the deployment status of a specific SD-WAN configuration — how many sites have received it and whether any errors occurred.
string
required
The SD-WAN configuration identifier.

Host management

Hosts are the physical or virtual UniFi consoles (UDM, CloudKey, etc.) that manage one or more sites.

list_hosts

Returns all managed UniFi hosts in your organization.
integer
Maximum number of hosts to return.
integer
Number of hosts to skip (for pagination).

get_host

Returns details of a specific host, including model, firmware version, and online status.
string
required
The host identifier.

API version

get_version_control

Returns the current Site Manager API version, the latest available version, and any deprecated versions. Useful for confirming compatibility before relying on specific features. No parameters required.

Example: cross-site analytics query

This example shows how to get a complete picture of your deployment health and identify sites that need attention.
Use compare_site_performance() in a regular check-in workflow to surface sites with declining uptime before they become critical problems.
